If you cannot connect to your subwoofer with the app, first make sure that your subwoofer is set to “App” control on it’s amp panel, this is available on a toggle switch labelled “Setting Control”. Next, make sure that you are not connected to the subwoofer with the ARC (Anthem Room Correction) app since it can only connect to one at a time. If you still cannot connect to your subwoofer, try unplugging it, leaving it unplugged for 10 seconds then plugging it back in and try again. If you are still unsuccessful, contact our technical support team.
